Concert Fight Leads Two to Court A 24-year-old male from Brockton was apparently feeling some pressure when he punched a 23-year-old male from Lexington in the face the other night as the Piano Man performed at the Garden. The suspect, attending the concert, asked the victim to sit down. When the victim remained standing, the suspect tapped him on his shoulder causing the victim to turn around. When the victim turned around, the suspect punched him, fracturing his nose. Complaints will be sought in Court. Two Arrested and Loaded Firearm Recovered in Roxbury Yesterday afternoon, officers from District 2 responded to a fight outside 133 Madison Park Court. While the officers were responding to the call, the call was changed to some one shot. On arrival, officers observed three males attempting to flee the area. The officers approached the three suspects to conduct a threshold inquiry. One of the suspects reached for his waistband ignoring the officer’s commands to stop. One officer discovered a firearm on this suspect’s waistband and after a brief struggle placed him under arrest and recovered the loaded gun. He is identified as Brandon Nunes, 17, of Dorchester. He will be arraigned in Roxbury District Court this morning. A second suspect was arrested for a warrant from DYS. The third individual was released. Magnolia Street Robbery At about 3:52pm yesterday, a 20-year-old female from Dorchester reported to police that she was walking on Magnolia Street when an unknown black male robbed her of her wallet. The suspect did not display a gun, although he told the victim he was armed. No arrests were made, the investigation continues. Suspect Arrested For Unarmed Robbery in Roslindale This morning shortly after midnight, officers from District 13 observed two males fighting in front of 4031 Washington Street in Roslindale. Officers spoke with the victim, a 24-year-old Roslindale resident, who stated that the suspect robbed him of his wallet containing U.S. Currency. Officers located and arrested Demetrius Wossos, 21, of Roslindale and charged him with Unarmed Robbery, Assault and Battery and an outstanding warrant out of West Roxbury Court.
