Two Juveniles Arrested for Charlestown Shooting

Detectives from District 1, officers from the Boston Police School Police Unit and members Youth Violence Strike Force responded to Charlestown High School this morning where they arrested two juveniles in connection with last Thursday’s shooting outside of Charlestown High School. Police arrested a 15-year-old male from Charlestown and a 16-year-old male from Dorchester, both students at the High School, this morning without incident. The two juveniles will be charged with Delinquency to wit: Assault by Means of a Dangerous Weapon, Assault with Intent to Murder, Discharging a Firearm within 500’ of a building. Carrying a Loaded Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition. Both juveniles will be arraigned this afternoon in the Boston Juvenile Court.
