Suspect Arrested For Murder of Hyde Park Man

Shane Sinclair, 20, of Hyde Park has been arrested for the murder of Alray Taylor, 21, of Hyde Park.On August 31, 2006, around 10:23am, officers from District 18 responded to a radio call for a person shot at 1502 River Street in Hyde Park. On arrival, officers located Alray Taylor suffering from a gunshot wound. Taylor was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he was later pronounced. Immediately after the murder, Boston Police Homicide Detectives identified the suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest. Since the murder, Boston Police have made every effort to locate and apprehend Sinclair. This morning Sinclair arrived at Boston Police Headquarters for the purpose of surrendering to police relative to the murder warrant. Sinclair was booked for murder and will be arraigned this morning in West Roxbury District Court.
