The Charlestown Mothers Association worked closely with BPD’s Neighborhood Watch Unit to recruit Neighborhood Watch leaders from within its membership. The Charlestown Substance Abuse Coalition also played a key role in organizing by providing leadership, organizing events, and assisting with educational training.
