The firearm arrest that occurred on Quincy and Bellevue Streets was deleted due to it being a duplicate from December 15th's Daily IncidentsFirearms Recovered at House Party in Dorchester This morning at about 2:25am, officers from District 2 responded to 98 Woodledge Street in Dorchester on a report of a loud party with people fighting. On arrival the officers located a large party on the third floor of that address. The officers responded to the third floor to investigate the incident when a door was slammed on them. They heard people on the other side of the door talking as well as empty bottles being moved around. Officers gained entry and observed three people in the hallway. Located in trash bags, surrounded by empty bottles, were two loaded firearms. Police arrested Terrell Dilworth, and Paul McKenzie both 30, of Dorchester and Trevis Webb, 33, of Mattapan. All three are charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Loaded firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device, and Armed Career Criminal. McKenzie was also found to be in possession of Crack Cocaine and was additionally charged with Possession of Class B. All three will be arraigned in the Roxbury District Court on Monday morning. Sex Offender Arrested in Roxbury An officer from District 2 patrolling in the Tremont and Parker Street area around 10:40pm last night observed a male walking and cupping an unknown object in his hand. When the male observed the officer he stopped and began walking in another direction. The officer stopped the male, who had already discarded what was in his hand, and discovered the male was wanted for not registering as a level 3 sex offender. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to District 2. Richard E Smith, 44, of Dorchester will be arraigned for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender on Monday morning. Suspect Arrested With Loaded Firearm in Dorchester Last night at about 6:15pm, officers from District 3 responded to the area of Dorchester High School on a report of shots fired. While the officers were responding to the area, they observed three males at Milton and Evans Streets. As the officers attempted to stop the individuals, the three males fled. Police stopped Kevin Taylor, 17, of Dorchester, in the area of 40 Maxwell Street. Taylor was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm. He was placed under arrest and transported to District 3. A second male was stopped and released after being questioned. While officers were transporting the suspect to District 3, they were notified that a 17-year-old male from Dorchester had just arrived at the Boston Medical Center suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound. Police are investigating both incidents. Taylor will be arraigned Monday and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, and Possession of a Loaded Firearm. Two Arrested After Assaulting Cab Driver in South Boston Shortly after midnight, officers from District 6 responded to a radio call for an assault and battery in progress at “L” Street and East Broadway. The officers located a 49-year-old victim who reported that he allowed two males out of his cab at that location to use an ATM. The victim reports that the two males threw money at him that did not cover the cost of the ride. When words were exchanged between the three, the two suspects pulled the victim out of the taxi and began punching him. The victim collapsed and the suspects continued to kick him. One of the two also kicked out the headlight of the taxi. Police arrested Benjamin Ross, 28, of Newport, NH and charged him with Destruction of Person Property, and Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon. Also arrested was Nathan Ross, 25, of Newport, NH, charging him with Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon. Both will be arraigned in the South Boston District Court.
