On Your Mark, Get Set …The 3rd Annual BOSTON’S RUN TO REMEMBER WHAT: This half marathon (13.1 mile) and 5 mile race honors fallen Massachusetts Law Enforcement Officers while raising money for Kids At Risk Programs throughout the City of Boston with an estimated 8,000 participants from throughout the United States.As part of the Boston Police Runners Club 2007 Run to Remember, a special optional portion of the proceeds will go to the Boston Police Women’s Memorial Fund. This race is an opportunity to remember women in law enforcement in a special way. WHERE:Seaport World Trade Center WHEN: Sunday, May 27, 2007 Begins at 8:00am COURSE:The event will start and finish at the Seaport World Trade Center in South Boston and utilize the following roadways listed below: Seaport Boulevard turning right onto Atlantic Avenue. Atlantic Avenue turning left onto State Street. State Street turning right onto Congress Street. Congress Street turning left onto New Chardon Street. New Chardon Street turning right onto Cambridge Street and through Charles Circle over the Longfellow Bridge. Memorial Drive inbound and outbound from Longfellow Bridge to Ash Street. The race will come back over the Longfellow Bridge and turn right onto Charles Street. Charles Street to a right onto Beacon Street. Beacon to a left onto Arlington followed by a loop around Commonwealth and Berkeley Street Arlington to a left onto Boylston Street. Boylston Street to a left onto Washington Street. Washington Street to Water Street turning right onto Congress Street. Congress Street turning left onto Atlantic and then right onto Seaport Boulevard.
