POLICE SEEK TWO SUSPECTS INCONNECTION WITH RECENT HOMICIDE At approximately 5:15 pm, on Tuesday, May 15, 2007, officers from District B-3 (Mattapan) responded to a radio call for shots fired on Ames Street in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located two victims, both suffering from gunshot wounds. One victim later identified as, Cordeiro Andrade, 20, of Roxbury, succumbed to his injuries after being rushed to Boston Medical Center. The second victim, a female, was treated for non-life threatening injuries. After a thorough and exhaustive investigation of the incident, Homicide detectives applied for and were granted arrest warrants for Jovon Adams, 22, of Dorchester and Taquise Johnson, 18, of Roxbury. Adams and Johnson are wanted in connection with the murder of Mr. Andrade and the shooting of the female victim. Investigators are making every effort to locate and apprehend these two suspects.
