Man Arrested After Shots Fired in MattapanYesterday morning around 1:12am, officers from District B-3 heard about three to four shots while at the intersection of Blue Hill Avenue and Woodhaven Street. Officers proceeded to drive toward the location where the shots were fired. Officers observed a black male wearing a red jersey, blue jeans, and red shoes running from the above location crossing Blue Hill Avenue running towards Norfolk Street. Officers stopped the male who stated he was coming from a party and heard three to four shots and started running. Officers spoke with several individuals who stated that they observed f our black males walking in the alley between Almont Street and Tennis Road. One of the suspects was wearing dark clothing stopped while the remaining three kept walking. Officers were informed that one of the three suspects pulled out a firearm and fired about three to four shots. The individuals stated that after the shots were fired the suspects ran towards Tennis Road. Ellis Golden, 23, of Mattapan was arrested and charged with Assault by means of a Dangerous Weapon Person Shot Two In Custody Yesterday at 3:29am, officers from District B-2 were on patrol in the Dudley Street area and were headed towards Eustis and Dearborn Street for shots fired. As officers turned onto Eustis Street they observed three males on bicycles heading towards them on Eustis out to Harrison Avenue. Officers attempted to conduct a threshold inquiry. The first suspect tried to evade officers by jumping off his bike taking his shoes and hat off, and running across Harrison Avenue out to Washington Streets. Officers observed the suspect reach into his front waistband and pulled out a black object and tossed it over his head into the Eliot Burying Ground at the corner of Eustis and Washington Streets. After a brief struggles officers were able to handcuff the suspect. The second suspect also tried to flee from officers by continuing on his bike across Harrison Avenue out to Washington Street where he was apprehended. After the suspect were in custody officers were informed that a gunshot victim was located in front of 37 Dubois Street. The victim sustained a gunshot wound to the buttocks. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center and treated for his injury. Pete Gallop, 18, of Boston and Dominique Grady, 18, of Dorchester were both arrested and charged with Assault with Intent to Murder, Assault and Battery by means of a Dangerous Weapon, Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Possession of Firearm, Firearm Discharged Within 500ft of a Dwelling and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition. Officers did recover a firearm and ballistics from the scene. The third suspect made good his escape. Three Arrested on Assault Charges Yesterday morning around 3:17am, officers from District A-7 were flagged down by an individual who pointed in the direction of three males and stated they had a gun. Upon noticing the officers, the three suspects began walking away from the scene up Ford Street towards Breed Street. Officers noticed one of the suspects separate from the others and make a left run onto Whitby Street. Officer attempted to stop the suspect, but he ignored the officers and continued to walk on Breed Street. Officers ordered the suspect to stop and which time the suspect sprinted through a gap in the fence next to Ford Street. Officers chased the suspect through parking lots, fences and yards until the suspect was stuck behind a residence on Leyden Street where he was apprehended. Another officer responding to this incident observed a male running up Breed Street towards Leyden Street. The officer stopped the suspect and made an inquiry. The suspect stated that he was in a fight around the corner and the police were chasing him. The third suspect was apprehended on Bennington Street. The victims stated to officers that while warming up their vehicles they were approached by three suspects. The victim stated an argument ensued and shortly after a fight. One of the suspects pulled out a gun from his waistband. The victim stated he knocked the gun to the ground and the second suspect picked it up and pointed the gun at them. Upon hearing the commotion other people responded and the suspect fled. Jose Camacho, 18, of Revere was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery and Disorderly Person. Steven Golden, 21, of Hyde Park was arrested and charged with Assault by means of a Dangerous Weapon, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Disorderly Conduct and Trespassing, James Warner, 20, of East Boston was arrested and charged with Assault by means of a Dangerous Weapon, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition and Disorderly Conduct. Officers did recover a firearm. Person Stabbed on Lamartine Ext. Early this morning around 12:02am, officers from District E-13 responded to a radio call for a male stabbed at 10 Lamartine Ext. On arrival, officers observed the victim lying on his back suffering from multiple stab wounds. Several males were standing around the victim but stated they did not see any but stopped to assist the victim. An unknown individual stated he heard what sounded like two mean fighting but as he got closer the noise stopped. At that time he observed the victim lying on his back with stab wounds. The victim was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
