Recent Shooting Victim Succumbs to Injuries-Death investigation at 4 Beale Street

At about 9:57pm on Tuesday November 20, 2007, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to 4 Beale Street for a person shot. There, officers located an individual suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported by ambulance to Boston Medical Center by ambulance with life threatening injuries. On Thursday, November 22, 2007, the victim succumbed to his injuries. The victim of that shooting has been identified as Adolphus King, 54, of Dorchester.The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances of this shooing incident.
