MEDIA ADVISORYTuesday, April 8, 2008 DHS INTELLIGENCE CHIEF TO DELIVER KEYNOTE ADDRESS TO IALEIA-LEIU CONFERENCE BOSTON -- Charles E. Allen, the Department of Homeland Security’s Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis and Chief Intelligence Officer, will deliver the keynote address Tuesday, April 8, to the joint training conference of the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA) and the Law Enforcement Intelligence Unit (LEIU). Allen is one of several intelligence and law enforcement officials who will welcome IALEIA and LEIU delegates from the United States and 12 other countries.
