At about 11:05pm, on Saturday, May 31, 2008, officers from Area C-6 (South Boston) responded to a radio call for a man stabbed at 289 E. Eighth Street in South Boston. On arrival, officers located a black male in his early 20’s suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim was transported to the Boston Medical Center where he was later pronounced. The victim has since been identified as Curtis Ashford, 24, of Roxbury.Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident.
