BOSTON POLICE SEEK THE PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCETO LOCATE REIGH ROCKEFELLER Believed To Be With Father in New York area Boston Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigations in conjunction with other assisting law enforcement agencies continue their search for 7 year old Reigh Rockefeller. The Amber Alert in Massachusetts was discontinued this morning when Boston Police received credible information that Clark Rockefeller along with Reigh has moved on to New York. Boston Police investigators received information that father and daughter may have been dropped off near Grand Central Station in New York City at approximately 7:30pm last evening. Detectives have also learned that Clark Rockefeller may be headed to Long Island to pick up his recently purchased boat known as ‘Serenity’. Boston Police are working with local, state and federal authorities in New York to continue the search. Boston Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Clark Rockefeller, 58, (CORRECTION : 48 years old)of Boston charging him with Custodial Kidnapping, Assault and Battery and Assault and Battery Dangerous Weapon. At this time, we continue to look for the black SUV that was involved in the incident. The suspect vehicle is believed to be a black Chevy Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon or Denali with a Red Sox license plate and Red Sox stickers on the window. That vehicle is still believed to be in the area. Incident Description: On July 27, 2008 at approximately 12:44pm, officers from District D-4 (Back Bay/South End) responded to the intersection of Arlington and Marlborough Streets for a custodial kidnapping. On arrival officer spoke with a social worker who hired to oversee a visitation of the child and her father Clark Rockefeller (a.k.a. J.P. Clark Rockefeller, James Frederick, Clark Mill Rockefeller and Michael Brown). The victim states that they met the father at The Algonquin Club 217 Commonwealth Ave. and proceeded to the playground at Commonwealth Ave. and Exeter St. They then walked down Exeter St. to Marlborough St. where they were walking to the Boston Public Gardens. At about 5 Marlborough St., Clark Rockefeller who was carrying his daughter attempted to put his daughter down between two vehicles which were parked in front of 5 Marlborough St. when a black SUV pulled up. At that time, Rockefeller grabbed his daughter and jumped into the SUV which was being operated by a male driver and fled down Marlborough St. and took a right on to Berkeley St. to unknown direction. The victim attempted to hold onto the vehicle as it sped away, was dragged a short distance and then let go. The victim was treated for minor injuries. Victim Description: Name: Reigh Rockefeller (legal name: Reigh Storrow Boss) Age: 7 years of age (DOB 5/24/01) Height: 4 feet tall Weight: 50 lbs. Eyes: Blue Hair: Blonde LSW: a pink and white sundress, red shoes. The victim also wears prescription glasses. Suspect Description: Name: Clark Rockefeller Age: 48 Height: 5’6” Weight: 170 lbs.
