On Sunday, May 3, 2009, at approximately 12:42am, Officers assigned to Area D-4 (South End /Lower Roxbury), responded to the area of East Berkeley Street / Harrison Avenue for a report of a fight.Upon arrival, Officers located a resident of 406 Harrison Avenue who stated he was just punched and kicked by four men who forced their way into his building. The victim went on to explain that he heard someone knocking on his apartment window before opening the main door of the building to see who it was. At this point, four Asian males forced their way in and began kicking and punching him in the common area of the building. While doing so, they stated, “Give me your money”. One of the suspects was pulling at the victim’s pants pocket and took approximately Twenty-five-Dollars ($25) from him. Officers were able to locate all four suspects within the building and place them into custody. Officers arrested Khoi Nguyen, 27, of Randolph, Ou Lan, 24, of Boston, Tung Nguyen, 25, of Lowell and Khoa Vo, 25, of Boston, on the charges of Assault & Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon (Shod Foot), Unarmed Robbery and Threats to Extort.
