Given the suspect’s nervous nature, officers asked the suspect if there was anything in the car that the officers should know about. In answer to that question, the suspect stated, “I have a firearm in the vehicle.” When asked to produce a license to carry the firearm, the suspect stated, “No.” Officers observed and took possession of a black firearm.
