Two male occupants fitting the description from earlier in the evening were located within. Officers observed numerous tools consistent with those utilized in cars breaks within the vehicle. One of the suspects admitted to being in the area in question earlier in the evening. Based on the description of the suspects and vehicle, the type of tools readily available in the front passenger’s area, coupled with the admission of one of the suspects, it was believed the two suspects were associated with the attempted theft of the tires that took place earlier in the evening.
