POLICE INVESTIGATE INCIDENT OF OPEN AND GROSS LEWDNESS IN THE NORTH ENDAt about 2:22 pm, on Saturday, August 15, 2009, officers from Area A-1 (Downtown) responded to a radio call to take a report about a male exposing himself earlier in the morning. On arrival, officers met with and spoke to the victim who stated that she was walking in the area of Unity Street and Unity Court, at approximately 3:15am, on Saturday, August 15, 2009, when a Hispanic male approached her and attempted to engage her in conversation. The victim says when she turned to respond to the suspect, the suspect exposed himself. The victim says she pushed the suspect and fled to her home. The victim describes the suspect as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’6” to 5’8” in height, between 30-35 years in age, weighing approximately 160lbs, with bushy eyebrows, wearing a tan t-shirt and blue jeans. The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident.
