HABITUAL TRESPASSER ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING AGAIN

At approximately 10:00pm, on Monday, March 15, 2010, officers from Area C-6 (South Boston) were on patrol in the area of the Old Colony Housing Development when they observed two white males standing outside the front entrance of 278 Old Colony Avenue. The property is owned and operated by the Boston Housing Authority and is clearly posted with the signage that reads: No Trespassing. Additionally, there had been several recent complaints about drug activity in and around the area. Knowing this, officers returned to the area approximately two minutes later.
