At about 11:32am, on Saturday, June 26, 2010, officers from Area E-13 (Jamaica Plain) responded to a radio cal to investigate a report of a person urinating on people in the area of South and Child Streets. On arrival, officers located the victim who stated that she was walking along South Street when she observed a white male urinating in the area of a bus stop. Taken aback, the victim stated that she yelled, “Are you kidding me?” Upon hearing the question, the urinator, who had his back to the victim, proceeded to turn around in order to face the complainant. However, in doing so, the suspect urinated on the victim’s leg and foot. While attempting to talk to the suspect, officers noted that he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.

Officers arrested Michael Conboy, 48, of Boston and charged him with Open & Gross Lewdness.

At about 12:02am, on Saturday, June 26, 2010, officers from Area D-14 (Brighton) were on patrol when officers observed a large group of males sitting on benches and drinking inside the park just off of Hano Street. Officers also observed several empty beer bottles, which appeared to belong to the group, strewn in and around the benches. Officers also observed a sign hanging above the benches, clearly posted, that stated the park is closed from dusk until dawn.

In addition to the above, officer recognized and realized that on the night previous, the very same group had been warned and informed that trespassing in the park after dusk could put them in a position where they could be arrested.

Upon realizing the group had been warned once before, officers arrested five males (two juveniles) and charged them with Trespassing.  A frisk of the five suspects enabled officers to locate and take possession of three knives.

At about 7:40pm, on Saturday, June 26, 2010, officers from Area A-1 (Downtown) responded to a call for a person breaking into a car in the area of Stuart and Tremont Streets. On arrival, officers spoke to a witness who stated that he observed a white male (in his 40's, wearing a green shirt and black shorts) enter a jeep parked in front of 154 Stuart Street. Witness further states that he watched as the suspect proceeded to rummage through the car and its various compartments. Witness says he then observed the suspect exit the car and begin walking towards Chinatown.

Officers located and spoke to a 2nd witness who states that he spotted the suspect looking into cars in the area of Essex Street and Harrison Ave. In short time, officers were able to locate the suspect. While approaching the suspect, officers noted that he was attempting to gain entry into a white motor vehicle. Upon seeing the officers, the suspect stated, "I'm glad you got me. You didn't see me break into any cars though."

After the suspect was positively identified by the two different witnesses, officers arrested Anthony Scott, 44, of Chelsea and charged him with Breaking & Entering a Motor Vehicle (day time).
