At about 5:55am, on Saturday, August 28, 2010, officers from Area B-3 (Mattapan) responded to a radio call for a shots fired in the area of 61 Stratton Street in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located and observed a 38 year-old male suffering from what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to the Boston Medical Center where he later succumbed to injuries and was pronounced.
