Boston Police Investigate Two Shootings in Roxbury

At about 6:54pm, Saturday, December 28, 2013, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a radio a call for a person shot in the area of 58 Annunciation Road. On arrival, officers located the male victim in 20s, suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.  The victim was riding his bike in the area of Cabot Street when he was shot. The victim was transported to Children’s Hospital for his non-life threatening injuries.

At about 6:45pm, officers responded to a radio call for a person shot in the area of Tremont Street and Ruggles Street. On arrival, officers located a 15 year old male victim, suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.  The victim suffering from non-life threatening injuries was transported to Boston Medical Center.

The Boston Police Department is actively investigating facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call District B-2 (Roxbury) detectives at 617-343-4275.
