Police Investigate Person Shot in the Area of Columbia Road and Brinsley

 

At about 2:25 AM, Thursday, July 4th 2013, officers from district C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for a Person Shot in the area of Columbia Road and Brinsley Street Dorchester.

On arrival, officers located an uncooperative black male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported by EMS to Boston Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.

The Boston Police Department is actively investigating facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call District C-11 (Dorchester) detectives at 617-343-4335.
