Police Investigate Armed Robbery in the area of East Cottage St.

 

At about 7:30 PM, Saturday, January 18, 2014 officers from District B-2 responded to a report of an Armed Robbery in the area of 207 Adams Street (Domino’s Pizza) in Dorchester.

On arrival officers spoke with a male victim who stated that he was making a delivery in the area of East Cottage Street, when he was approached by a suspect described as a black male, 6’, 190-200 lbs, and wearing a black hoody pulled over his head partially covering his eyes. The victim reported the suspect held a knife to his chest area and robbed him of US currency and his cell phone. 

The victim further reported a second male suspect grabbed him by the collar and threw him to the ground before both suspects fled on foot.  The victim stated that the suspects also took his motor vehicle, which was later recovered in the area of Batchelder St. The victim's radio and GPS had also been stolen. 

The District B-2 Detectives are actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at (617) 343-4275.
