At about 7:55 AM on Friday, October 16, 2015, officers from District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) responded to a radio call for shots fired in the area of Asticou Road and Washington Street.
While en route, officers learned that a BPD detail officer and MBTA officers were speaking with four victims in the area of the Forest Hills T Station and two additional individuals were detained inside the station by MBTA officers. Upon arrival at the scene, officers were informed that four victims were involved in a verbal altercation on a bus with a male and a female. The two individuals, 18-year-old male Kisean Parker of Boston and 18-year-old female Kevasia Lowe of Boston, were positively identified and arrested. During the booking process, a firearm and a taser were recovered from Lowe’s handbag.
