UPDATE: BPD Seeks Public’s Help in Locating Suspect Involved in Death Investigation in the Area of 124 Telford Street, Brighton

At about 11:45 PM on Thursday, October 22, 2015, officers from District D-14 (Brighton) responded to a radio call for a person shot in the area of 124 Telford Street, Brighton.

Upon arrival, officers observed an adult male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds outside of the above address. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene and later identified as 30-year-old Desmond Joseph of Allston.

Detectives are now seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect, 25-year-old Gammada M. Musa of Brighton, in relation to this incident. Musa is described as a black male, about 5’10”, and 195 lbs. This suspect is considered armed and dangerous. If encountered, persons are strongly urged to contact police.
