Daily Dose of Great Police Work: Officers Locate and Arrest Suspect After Stabbing in Roxbury


At about 9:29 PM on Wednesday October 7, 2015, officers assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a call for a person stabbed in the area of 318 Warren Street.  On arrival, officers found the victim suffering from apparent stab wounds.   The victim was transported by EMS to a local hospital for treatment.  With the assistance of a witness, officers were able to locate the suspect, later identified as Fritzpatrick Isnora, 46, of Roxbury, inside an apartment at 135 Townsend Street.  Officers made entry into the apartment and placed the suspect in custody without incident.  The suspect will appear in Roxbury District Court on charges of Assault and Battery By Means of a Dangerous Weapon and Armed Assault with Intent to Murder. 

The witness who came forward in this incident was instrumental in the arrest of a dangerous suspect and we commend them for helping to make a difference in their community.
