Community Alert: BPD Seeks Public’s Help in Identifying Person of Interest in Connection to Dorchester Bank Robbery

At about 1:15 PM on Monday, November 9, 2015, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for a bank robbery in progress in the area of 780 Gallivan Boulevard at the Santander Bank.

Upon arrival, officers were informed that the suspect approached the teller, passed a note, and demanded all the large bills. The teller handed over an unspecified amount of money and the suspect fled on foot on Neponset Avenue.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-30’s to early 40’s, about 6’2” with a thin build, oval shaped face, bald, and wearing a light blue, almost gray “Champion” hoodie with the hood up, jeans, and white latex gloves.

The Boston Police Department is looking to identify the person of interest shown in the above pictures in connection to this incident. This person is NOT wanted at this time. Anyone with any information is asked to call detectives directly at (617) 343-4335.
