Commissioner William Evans Thanks Area College Students for Championship Behavior After Patriots Super Bowl Victory

A Message from Police Commissioner William B. Evans

Good afternoon,

As we celebrate the victory of the New England Patriots, I wanted to be sure to reach out to our college and university students in Boston to say thank you.

There were thousands of fans celebrating in Boston last night.  You did a great job in doing so both responsibly and without incident.  You all really showed the nation that Boston is a first class city, with first class fans!

Thanks again – we look forward to the victory parade tomorrow for the World Champion New England Patriots.

William B. Evans

***NOTE: Victory Parade has been re-scheduled for Wednesday, February 4, 2015.
