Due to bad weather, Mayor Martin Walsh has been forced to call an audible on the Patriots victory parade originally scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday, February 2, 2015). As a result, the victory parade has been pushed back a day and will instead step off at 11:00am on Wednesday, February 4, 2015.
Said Mayor Walsh: “Due to today’s bad weather and the worsening forecast for tonight, the New England Patriots and the City of Boston have made the mutual decision to postpone the victory parade. We thank everyone for their flexibility and patience during the planning of this parade and we look forward to celebrating with Patriots fans during better weather on Wednesday.”
The parade will include more than 20 (hopefully heated) duck boats and will start at the Prudential Tower and end at City Hall (see map). As always, fans are asked and encouraged to be on their best behavior in an effort to make our city and our team - the Super Bowl winning New England Patriots - proud.
