At about 8:45 AM on Saturday, February 21, 2015, members of the Boston Police Homicide Unit, armed with an arrest warrant issued by Suffolk Superior Court, made an arrest of 27-year-old Michael Jordan of Roxbury for the shooting death of Ahmir Lee that occurred near Copley Square on August 22, 2013.

After months of investigation on the part of BPD homicide detectives, Jordan is expected to be arraigned on Monday in Superior Court for Murder as well as firearm charges.
