BPD Homicide Detectives Arrest Two Suspects Wanted in Connection to Fatal Shooting in the area of West Cottage & Dudley Streets: Today, Thursday, February 26, 2015, members of the Boston Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit and U.S. Marshals Task Force located and arrested Paul Francis, 24, of Quincy and Markeese Skinner, 27, of Dorchester. Both Francis and Skinner will be charged with Being Accessories after the fact to Murder, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Possession of a Firearm with Obliterated Serial Numbers.  Both suspects were arraigned today in Roxbury District Court.

On Wednesday, December 17, 2014, officers responded to a call for a person shot in the area of West Cottage & Dudley Streets. On arrival, officers located a male victim suffering what appeared to be gunshot wounds. The victim, who was later pronounced deceased, was identified as William Davis, 20, of Boston.

 After a complete and thorough review of the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident, detectives were able to identify one primary suspect and two individuals, Francis and Skinner, deemed accessories to the crime after the fact.  The primary suspect, Amir Richardson, 23, of Boston, has yet to be apprehended.
