Boston Police Spring Clean with Boston Cyclists Union

Yesterday, Saturday, April 25, 2015, Boston police officers, along with Boston University PD and MA State PD, took advantage of the sunny weather to assist cyclists along the Southwest Corridor spruce up their bikes in anticipation of Spring. The officers and the Boston Cyclists Union treated riders to a tune-up and bike wash, along with free helmets, WD-40 cleaning products, snacks, coffee, and music. In the pictures above, BPD Sergeant Gino Provenzano works with a trooper give a passing biker a rinse and a member of the Cyclist Union oils a chain. Even the kids got to join in the fun!
