For those wondering about the Commissioner’s daily conditioning regiment and how he stays looking so fit, well, it's really pretty simple. All you have to to do is start each day with a six to seven mile run at 4:45 in the morning.
In addition to his daily runs, the Commissioner's a huge fan of an even longer runs and, yes, we are talking about running marathons. In fact, he's competed in and completed over forty marathons during his running career with the most recent one taking place this past January at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
