Keeping Boston Safe: Drug Investigation in Dorchester Leads to the Recovery of over 400 Grams of Heroin and the Arrest of Five Suspects

On Thursday, April 30, 2015, members of the Citywide Neighborhood Drug Control Unit with assistance from members of the Youth Violence Strike Force executed a search warrant at 10 Fox Street in Dorchester.  As a result of an extensive, on-going investigation relative to cocaine distribution in Dorchester, officers discovered evidence of illegal narcotic sales that lead them to 10 Fox Street in Dorchester. With warrant in hand, officers knocked and announced their presence. Once inside the location, officers were able to recover the following: 

  • Paint can containing Heroin
  • Over 400 grams of Heroin
  • Two plastic bags of Cocaine
  • Over $10,000 in US Currency
  • Scales, plastic baggies and other drug paraphernalia

Officer arrested Humberto Burgos, 45, of Boston and charged him with Trafficking Class A Drugs (Heroin) and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B Drugs (Cocaine).  Yeuri Baez, 36, of Boston to be charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Class A Drugs (Heroin). Additionally, Adley Docellus, 33, of Boston,  Wilson Peguero-Nunez, 32, of Boston and Anersimo Pena, 44, of Boston to be charged with Illegal Re-entry into the United States.
