Keeping Boston Safe: BPD Officers Arrest Seven Individuals on Drug Law Violations in Dorchester

On Wednesday, January 20, 2015, members of the District C-11 (Dorchester) Neighborhood Drug Control Unit executed a search warrant in the area of 146 Stanwood Street in Dorchester.  As a result of the search, officers made several arrests and seized 58 grams of a Class A Drug (Heroin), 71 grams of a Class B Drug (Cocaine) and approximately $700 in US Currency. Officers arrested Hector Arias, 38, of Boston and Jillian Rabassa-Collazo, 24, of Boston and charged both with Trafficking Class A (Heroin) and Class B (Cocaine) Drugs. Further, officers arrested Alexis Rosa-Hernandez, 35, of Boston and charged him with Trafficking Class B Drugs (Cocaine). Rafael Lugo-Soto, 31, of Boston was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Class A (Heroin) and Class B (Cocaine) Drugs. Three other individuals were charged with Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws.
