Keeping Boston Safe: Tip from Concerned Citizen Leads to the Recovery of a Firearm in Dorchester

On Tuesday March 15, 2016, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) received an anonymous tip from a concerned citizen which led to the recovery of a Colt 32 pistol in the area of Erie and Wolcott Streets.  The firearm is currently being processed and investigated by the Ballistics Unit.
