Community Alert: The BPD Seeks the Public’s Help in Locating Bank Robbery Suspect

The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating an individual wanted in connection to an armed bank robbery that occurred at about 2:00 PM on Wednesday May 11, 2016, at the TD Bank located at 24 Winter Street in Downtown Crossing.  During that incident, the female suspect displayed a knife and demanded money before fleeing the area on foot with an undetermined amount of U.S. Currency.  The same suspect is believed to have participated in an armed robbery on Wednesday May 4, 2016, at 170 Newbury Street in the Back Bay.  She is described as a white female, 25-30 years of age with a slim build and brown hair.

The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident.  Anyone with information is strongly urged to contact District A-1 Detectives at (617) 343-4248.
