Said Commissioner William Evans: “When a young man gets shot and killed in broad daylight, we all should be outraged. I’m calling on the community to step up and help us identify the individual who did this. There were a lot of people out who may have seen something and we need their help. Every bit of information counts. But, if we can’t step up now and work together to solve this crime then something’s wrong.”
