Keeping Boston Safe: BPD Fugitive Apprehension Unit Arrests Violent Felon Wanted on Several Outstanding Warrants in Boston

 

At about 6:00 PM on Tuesday August 16, 2016, officers assigned to the Fugitive Apprehension Unit placed a wanted felon in custody in the area of 1341 Boylston Street in Boston.  The suspect, James Johnson, 26, of Dorchester, was wanted on several outstanding warrants for violent crimes including attempted murder.  Thanks to the tireless efforts of the Fugitive Unit, the suspect was located and placed in custody without incident and is now scheduled to appear in Dorchester District Court.
