BPD Neighborhood Recruitment Seminars: Do You Have What It Takes to Protect and Serve One of the Greatest Cities in America? We think you do. To learn more on how to become a member of one of the nation’s finest law enforcement agencies, the Boston Police Department will be conducting informational meetings over the next several weeks. If you have a question about what it takes to become a Boston Police Officer, these seminars are for you. Additionally, if you want to be considered for employment, you have to take the exam. So, feel free to meet with one of our officers at any of the following neighbor stations detailed below.
