At about 8:05 PM on Monday, November 6, 2017, officers assigned to District D-4 (South End) responded to a call for shots fired in the area of 333 Massachusetts Avenue in Boston. On arrival, officers located an adult male victim, suffering from what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds, sitting in the driver's seat of a disabled vehicle. The victim, believed to be in his early 30's, was transported to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. That victim has since been identified as Brent Stevenson, 37, of Boston.
