BPD Investigators Seek Public’s Help in Effort to Identify Motor Vehicle Wanted in Connection to Road Rage Incident in area of 61 Exeter Street

Investigators from District D-4 (South End) are releasing images and asking for the public’s help in efforts to locate or identify the motor vehicle seen in the photos. The vehicle, believed to be a dark or black-colored SUV, was seen fleeing the area of a non-fatal stabbing incident which occurred last night, Thursday, December 21, 2017 at about 11:38 PM. At that time, officers from District D-4 (South End) responded to a call for a person stabbed in area of 61 Exeter Street. On arrival, officers located a female victim suffering from what appeared to be a stab wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital where she was treated for non-life threatening injuries. Officers learned that the victim was stabbed during an apparent road rage incident between two vehicles which occurred in the area of Exeter and Boylston Streets. According to the victim, a passenger in the vehicle being sought by investigators approached the victim while seated in the passenger seat of her vehicle and stabbed her. The suspect vehicle was last seen travelling in reverse the wrong way on Exeter Street back on to Boylston Street where it was then seen travelling at a high rate of speed down Boylston Street before taking a left onto Dartmouth Street.
