Keeping Boston Safe: Father and Son in Custody After Search Warrant Leads to the Recovery of Loaded Firearm and Drugs in Roslindale

At about 10:00 AM on Friday March 31, 2017, officers assigned to the District E-18 (Hyde Park) Drug Control Unit placed a father and son in custody on drug and gun related charges as part of an investigation in the area of 158 Fawndale Road in Roslindale.  The officers executed a search warrant at the address that resulted in the recovery of large amounts of various Class E Drugs, seven medium bags of marijuana, a small amount of heroin, $369.00 in U.S. Currency and a loaded .32 caliber H&R revolver along with additional rounds of ammunition (95 rounds recovered in total).  The officers then placed Harold Curet Sr., 55, of Roslindale and Harold Curet Jr., 38, of Roslindale in custody without incident.  Both suspects will appear in West Roxbury District Court on multiple charges.  Harold Curet Sr. will be charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class E Drugs (4 Counts), Possession of Heroin and Armed Career Criminal.  Harold Curet Jr. will be charged with Unlawful Possession of Ammunition and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D Drugs.
