At about 4:15 PM on Thursday, April 13, 2017, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for a person shot in the area of 511 Gallivan Boulevard.
Upon arrival, officers observed a male victim in his 20's suffering from an apparent gunshot wound outside of the above address. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center with life-threatening injuries and later pronounced deceased at the hospital.
