INCIDENT #1: At about 2:15 PM on May 13, 2017, members of the District B-3 (Mattapan) Neighborhood Drug Control Unit executed two search warrants resulting in the recovery of a large quantity of drugs and the arrest of 40-year-old Jimmy Dixon of Dorchester.
After an extensive ongoing investigation in the area of Gleason Street, officers were able to obtain and execute warrants resulting in the recovery of the following:
- Over four pounds of marijuana
- Over $3,600 in US currency
- Two Ruger 9mm large capacity feeding devices
- Drug paraphernalia consistent with the distribution of illegal narcotics, including scales and packaging materials
Officers arrested Dixon and charged him with Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D Substance (Marijuana) and Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device.
INCIDENT #2: At about 4:15 PM on Saturday, May 13, 2017, members of the District E-5 (West Roxbury) Neighborhood Drug Control Unit conducted an investigation that led to the recovery of a large quantity of drugs and the arrest of three individuals. While in the area of 1779 Centre Street, officers observed a drug transaction between three individuals. Officers were able to stop the individuals and subsequently recovered the following:
- Over 100 grams of cocaine
- Over 30 grams of heroin
- Over $2,500 in US currency
- Honey butane oil (a Class C substance)
- Several plastic bags and a jar of marijuana
Officers arrested 27-year-old Wilki Osiris Sanz of Dorchester and 31-year-old Eddiber Mejia of Roxbury and charged them with Trafficking Class A Substance (Heroin), Trafficking Class B Substance (Cocaine), Possession with Intent to Distribute Class C Substance (Honey Butane Oil), and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D (Marijuana) Substance.
Officers also arrested 30-year-old Alvis R. Objio of Roslindale and charged him with Trafficking Class A Substance (Heroin) and Trafficking Class B Substance (Cocaine).
