BPD Community Alert: Boston Police Seeking the Public’s Help in Identifying Motor Vehicle of Interest After Non-Fatal Shooting in Dorchester

The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a motor vehicle in relation to a non-fatal shooting that occurred last night in Dorchester. At about 10:11 PM on Sunday, July 16, 2017, officers assigned to District C-11 (Dorchester) on sited a person shot in the area of Washington Street and Talbot Avenue. The victim was located suffering from an apparent gunshot wound and was transported to an area hospital for treatment of injuries which are considered to be non-life-threatening at this time. Investigators are now hoping to identify the maroon Honda Pilot SUV pictured above as they work to solve this case. The vehicle was occupied by two males and two females and was observed in the area at the time of the incident.
