Death Investigation in the Area of Eastman and Elder Streets, Dorchester

 

At about 10:23 PM on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a call for shots fired in the area of Eastman and Elder Streets, Dorchester.

Upon arrival, officers observed a motor vehicle engulfed in flames. The two male occupants of the vehicle were pronounced deceased at the scene. It was later determined that the occupants had suffered gunshot wounds and had crashed the vehicle.

The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470.
