At about 6:40 AM on Sunday, September 24, 2017, officers from District C-6 (South Boston) responded to a radio call for a person shot in the area of Southampton and Topeka Streets, South End.
Upon arrival, officers observed a male victim who appeared to be in his 30's suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center, where he was later pronounced deceased.
