Assistant Chief of the Boston Regional Intelligence Center Honored by IACP

GREAT WORK RECOGNIZED: On Tuesday, October 9, 2018, David Carabin, the Assistant Chief of the Boston Regional Intelligence Center, was presented with the 40 Under 40 award at the 2018 International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference. Along with 39 other law enforcement professionals, David was selected for his demonstration of leadership, professionalism and commitment, not only to his profession, but towards the shared goal of protecting and serving the people of Boston.

As the Assistant Chief of the Boston Regional Intelligence Unit (BRIC), David Carabin has played a vital role while helping and assisting with the development and implementation of intelligence and analysis models and strategies created to enhance public safety and quality of life of citizens living within the City of Boston and surrounding areas. 

In light of his recent commendation, the men and women of the BPD would like to thank him for his contribution to the team and say congratulations to David for his continued devotion, dedication and exemplary work.
