A search of the immediate area yielded the discovery of a gray Smith & Wesson 9mm semi-automatic firearm (see photo) loaded with ten rounds of live ammunition. An inquiry of the firearm revealed it to be stolen out of New Hampshire.

Officers arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile of Braintree and charged him with Delinquent to Wit: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm, Receiving Stolen Property and Trespassing. The suspect is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
