BPD Officers Observe and Stop Dog Attack in the Area of 133 Eustis Street in Roxbury

 

 At about 3:49 pm on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) observed a dog attacking a person in the area of 133 Eustis Street in Roxbury. In an effort to prevent the dog from further injuring the victim, an officer discharged his firearm striking the dog. The female victim, suffering non-life threatening injuries, was transported to an area hospital for further treatment. Animal Control responded to the scene to take custody of the animal.
